Ordering a second line is simple once you have created your ACN Digital Phone Service account. Just log in to your online account; click on "Features and Services"; select "Add-Ons"; and then click on "Add New Telephone Number."
If you would like to order more than two lines per account, you will need an additional phone adapter.
